Information

Registration opened: January 1, 2020
Registration closed: February 29, 2020

The 2020 travel registration is now open. Over the next several weeks,  a series of email messages will go out to highlight the dates and changes that affect our membership and student athletes.

We have not raised registration costs for the upcoming season, please read our Travel Team fees for details. Scholarships through the CAC are available.

Travel Team Players will continue to be responsible for providing their own white baseball pants, maroon baseball socks (or stirrups) and maroon belt.

Travel Teams are designated by age level (e.g. 15U = 15 years old and under).

Player age level is determined by the players' age on April 30 of the current year. Players in their respective age groups must not reach the next age before May 1 of the current year. The NYBA gives priority to players that are in the same grade and meet the team age requirement.  Players are not allowed to tryout for and play up a grade level unless an exception by the NYBA board is granted.

10U (4th grade) and 11U (5th grade)

  • If you register to tryout for a 10U or 11U tournament team, you DO NOT need to register for the In-house program
  • Tournament team players play on both the tournament team and an In-house Minors league team
  • Players will automatically be registered in the In-house Minors league and no further registration will be required
  • Additional fees apply only to players who make a Tournament team

  • Additional fees apply only to those players who make the traveling team or tournament team

13U (7th grade) and 14U (8th grade)
